Dess has faithfully served with KIDS since 2011, leading the Children’s Home, helping guide YouthLab, supporting Family Ministry, and consulting for Adonai Home. He has also hosted many visiting missionaries and volunteers. In 2024, he joined Faith Academy as the Child Safety Team Lead. That same year, Rosalinda joined KIDS and now serves as the Director of the Children’s Home, overseeing the care of nearly 50 children and staff across three locations. In 2026, Dess and Rosalinda now serve as the chairpersons of the Family Ministry.

We got married in 05.10.2015

On May 10, 2015, we began our journey as husband and wife, and by God’s grace, our marriage continues to grow as a testimony of His faithfulness. Through seasons of joy, challenges, ministry, and family life, the Lord has been our constant anchor, teaching us to love with patience, serve with humility, and pursue unity in Him. We are deeply grateful for how He continues to shape our relationship, allowing our marriage to be not only a source of strength for our family but also a reflection of His love to those we serve.

Our Kids

Dess and Rosalinda are grateful parents to three amazing children: Rosalie, Enoch, and Esther. As a family, they enjoy traveling, sharing meals, and celebrating life together. Dess and Rosalinda also share a strong love for coffee.

The Miracle

Ten years ago, we experienced both our greatest blessing and our greatest challenge—the birth of our baby boy, Enoch Zoey.

We named him Enoch, declaring that he would be a child dedicated, consecrated, and righteous before God. His name Zoey means life; divine, eternal, and abundant life given by God.

But instead of celebration, we were met with fear. Enoch had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) due to newborn seizures, possible meningitis, sepsis, pneumonia and concerns about his kidneys. What should have been joyful moments turned into days of uncertainty. He stayed in the hospital for a full month, undergoing countless tests, medications, and transfers from one hospital to another to receive the care he needed.

At the same time, Rosalinda was recovering from a

C-section, and she stayed there with him, day and night.

We were exhausted.

We were afraid.

We felt helpless.

We wanted to celebrate his life, but instead, we had to fight for it. Yet in the middle of our hardest season, God showed up every single day.

One miracle at a time:

The seizures stopped

The infection (sepsis) was healed

His kidneys were cleared

Every complication was ruled out

What doctors once feared, God restored.

Even in the NICU where fear is real and outcomes are uncertain. God gave us peace, provision, and hope. (Many families in NICU experience intense fear and emotional distress, especially when newborns face serious conditions like seizures and infections .)

Through it all, we witnessed God’s favor, His provision, and His healing hand.

That is why we boldly declare:

Enoch is our miracle baby. ✨

February 28, he turned 10 years old.

A living testimony of God’s faithfulness.

A reminder that God is our healer.

A miracle we get to celebrate every single day.

To God be all the glory!

Chosen & Cherished

We were truly blessed with the opportunity to dedicate our precious daughter, Esther Hope Camitan. This milestone became even more meaningful with our parents, family, and friends present—our first big gathering since our wedding, Enoch’s dedication, and his 1st birthday, a decade ago.

On this special day, we lifted our thanks to God for His unfailing faithfulness, goodness, and grace throughout our family’s journey. We are deeply grateful to our community whose love and support lighten our load as we raise our children in the ways of the Lord. It was a celebration filled with joy, love, and gratitude.

Rosalie’s Journey of Faith, Family, and Purpose

Rosalie became part of our family in 2020 after aging out of New Faith Family Children’s Home. From the very beginning, she embraced her role as an ate to Enoch and Esther, showing care, responsibility, and a heart for family.

Over the years, we have celebrated many meaningful milestones together—her 18th birthday, her prom, and most especially, her Grade 12 graduation. Watching her persevere and complete her senior high school journey remains one of our proudest moments. Her dedication and hard work truly paid off.

Today, Rosalie is an incoming second-year college student pursuing a degree in Psychology. With a deep desire to help and serve others, she is committed to using her education to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She continues to work diligently in her studies and has earned a college scholarship—an achievement that reflects her resilience and determination.

We are incredibly proud of the woman she is becoming, and it is a true honor for us to walk alongside her as her family.
